About The Speaker
Based in Denver, T.J. Sullivan is one of the most sought-after college leadership speakers in the nation. To date, he has spoken to more than 3 million students at more than 2,000 colleges and universities in all 50 states.

"Motivating The Middle" Workshop
Joshua Bay hosted the workshop with T.J. Sullivan at the University of La Verne. The workshop revolved around T.J.'s first book “Motivating the Middle: Fighting Apathy in College Student Organizations” where he taught student leaders how to motivate and lead based on their members’ chosen level of engagement. The learning outcomes from the workshop include:
Identify motivating factors for those at different levels of engagement

Change expectation of student leaders that they can force members to a certain level of engagement
